SCIENCE ADVENTURES AWAIT!

Flandrau Science Center & Planetarium inspires visitors of all ages to discover the wonders of science. Located on the University of Arizona campus, Flandrau's exhibits feature hands-on activities and vivid displays that reveal the marvels of our planet and solar system.

• NEW! Undersea Discovery - Teeming with interesting and colorful creatures, hands-on activities, and a demonstration where you can interact with ocean inhabitants.
• Wild World of Bugs - Explore the fascinating lives of insects through graphic displays, hands-on activities and larger-than-life models.
• Sharks: Magnificent & Misunderstood - Turn your fears into fascination as you explore the science of sharks and learn about these captivating creatures.
• Solar System Revealed - Featuring scale models of the Sun and planets, come discover fun facts and the latest science about our Solar System.
• HiRISE: Eye in the Martin Sky -Discover the Martin surface up close though the HiRISE camera as it orbits and photographs Mars.
• Destination: Mars - Explore Mars through its rovers, orbiters and landers and discover how much we have in common with our red planetary neighbor. 
• Puzzling the Past - Travel back in time and discover ancient fossils, meteorites, and exciting puzzles.
• Asteroid Cave - Enjoy short films that explore the latest scientific discoveries, featuring videos about the OSIRIS-REx spacecraft mission.
