The Flandrau Science Center & Planetarium inspires visitors of all ages with the wonders of science. Located on the University of Arizona campus, Flandrau offers planetarium shows powered by a state-of-the-art fulldome digital projection system and hands-on science exhibits about science topics from earth to space, and more. Your visit includes time in our hands-on exhibit halls, and one planetarium show, "We Are Stars". Additional time in our exhibit halls or additional planetarium shows may be added on for reduced cost at the Flandrau Ticket Desk, should capacity allow it.

11 AM Planetarium Show: We Are Stars 
A fun, gorgeously animated fulldome show about cosmic chemistry and our explosive origins, this dazzling film reveals how hydrogen and carbon, the very building blocks of life, formed in the universe and then brings it all back to us – we are made of stars!
Recommended for younger audiences.
Themes: Stars, element formation 
Style: Fulldome film followed by live star talk
