The Flandrau Science Center & Planetarium inspires visitors of all ages with the wonders of science. Located on the University of Arizona campus, Flandrau offers planetarium shows powered by a state-of-the-art fulldome digital projection system and hands-on science exhibits about science topics from earth to space, and more. Your visit includes time in our hands-on exhibit halls, and one planetarium show, "Great White Shark". Additional time in our exhibit halls or additional planetarium shows may be added on for reduced cost at the Flandrau Ticket Desk, should capacity allow it.

1:30 PM Planetarium Show: Great White Shark 
Misrepresented, maligned and misunderstood, the Great White Shark is an iconic predator: the creature we love to fear. This planetarium show will explore the Great White's place in our imaginations, in our fears, and in the reality of its role at the top of the oceanic food chain. See the Great White through the eyes of people who swim with sharks!
Recommended for general audiences.

Style: Fulldome film followed by live presentation
